Ladies Aid August meeting is on August 7th and it will be a "Field
Trip" to International Aid. Ladies are asked to bring a bag lunch or
$5.00 to cover the cost of lunch (sandwich and coffee). We will leave from church at 10:15 a.m.  There will be some walking to the tour. Ladies interested in attending should call Sue Edwards at (616) 842-6456, as International Aid has requested a count of attendees prior to the tour.

Golf Outing: St. Luke Lutheran Church is hosting its annual golf outing on Saturday, August 9 at Terra Verda Golf Course (11741 West Leonard Road, Nunica) at 8:00 a.m. Cost of $60.00 includes 18 holes golf scramble, morning snack (coffee, donuts, juice), lunch, great fellowship, prizes and other gifts. To benefit Love INC and St. Luke’s mission and ministry outreach.

Unity 2008: Mark your calendars for Unity 2008 - Thursday, Friday and Saturday August 7, 8 & 9, at Heritage Landing, Muskegon. Plan for 3 days of great Christian music, family fun, food and fellowship.

Returning for a second year, Unity will include an additional day of great artists on the main stage with Day Zero back by popular demand. This free event is scheduled for August 6.

Confirmation Class – Parents’ Meeting: An organizational meeting intended for all seventh and eighth grade parents to attend will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 6:15 p.m. in the Social Hall. Students need not attend.
